This page explains how to delete your Eggtopia (破壳物语) account and what happens to your data when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Eggtopia app.
- Go to Settings from the main menu.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
(Note: If this option is not yet visible in your version of the app, please use Option 2.)
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your Player UID (found in Settings → Profile, displayed as
#XXXXXX). - Your display name (optional, to help us verify).
- The platform you use (iOS or Android).
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 calendar days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Data That Will Be Deleted
Within 30 days of your verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

| Game progress | Scores, levels, coins, pets, eggs, collections |
| Device records | Linked device IDs |
| Authentication records | Google/Apple/device login bindings |
| Uploaded content | Custom avatar images stored on our servers |
| Purchase history | In-app purchase receipts (except as required by law) |
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained after deletion:
- Financial transaction records: If required by applicable tax or financial regulations, purchase transaction data may be retained for the legally required period.
- Aggregated, anonymized data: Analytics data that cannot be used to identify you individually may be retained for statistical purposes.
- Legal obligations: Data we are required to retain by law or to defend legal claims.
Effects of Deletion
- Permanent: Deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
- Virtual Items: Any Virtual Items, in-game currency, or premium features associated with your account will be permanently lost and are not refundable.
- Cross-device sync: Your game progress across all devices will be erased.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I cancel a deletion request after submitting it?
If you contact us within 7 days of submitting your request, we may be able to cancel it before deletion is finalized. After that, deletion is irreversible.
Q: I signed in with Google/Apple. Does deleting my Eggtopia account affect those accounts?
No. Deleting your Eggtopia account only removes the link between your Google/Apple account and our Service. Your Google or Apple account remains unaffected.
Q: What if I just want to change my display name or avatar?
You can update your display name and avatar in Settings → Profile at any time without deleting your account.
Q: How do I remove my data if I played as a guest?
Guest accounts are tied to your device. You can request deletion of your guest account data by providing your Player UID when contacting us, or by using the in-app delete option.
